This Discipline routine provides a three-step cleansing, treatment & protection solution, designed to provide 72h anti-frizz action and protect against humidity, for thin to medium, unruly hair. The routine will make your hair soft and easy to brush through, leaving the strands more disciplined and smoother.

To reduce static and frizz.

For heat styling protection.
HOW TO USE
STEP 1
Apply Bain Fluidéaliste Gentle to wet hair. Lather, rinse, and repeat.
STEP 2
Apply a quarter sized amount of Fondant Fluidéaliste to washed and towel dried hair. Massage onto lengths and ends. Leave our conditioner for frizzy hair in for 2 to 3 minutes. Rinse.
STEP 3
Shake Fluidissime the best anti humidity spray bottle before use. Apply to towel dried hair, strand by strand. Proceed to usual styling and/or heat styling. Leave in.
